Enjoy a 4-hour hands-on cooking experience that immerses you in the rich flavors of St. Lucian cuisine. Guided by a local chef, you'll prepare traditional dishes such as green figs and saltfish (the national dish), curried chicken roti, or stewed chicken, while learning about the unique ingredients and techniques that define the island’s culinary heritage. This experience includes all ingredients and cooking equipment, instruction from a local cook, round-trip transportation, and, of course, the chance to sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you’ve created.
